Il risparmio è immediato e tangibile: una lampadina a LED consuma circa l'85-90% in meno rispetto a una vecchia lampadina a incandescenza e il 50% in meno rispetto alle fluorescenti (a risparmio energetico di vecchia generazione). In termini pratici, una lampada LED da 10W produce la stessa luce di una tradizionale da 75W, abbattendo drasticamente i costi fissi in bolletta.

I Watt indicano quanto la lampadina "consuma", mentre i Lumen (lm) indicano quanta luce effettivamente emette. Per scegliere la lampada a LED corretta, devi guardare i Lumen: - Per sostituire una lampadina da 60W, cerca un LED da circa 800 lumen. - Per una da 100W, punta su almeno 1500 lumen. Più alto è il valore dei Lumen, più potente sarà la luminosità della lampada.

I formati più diffusi che troverai nel nostro e-commerce sono: - E27: L'attacco "grande" a vite, il più comune in casa. - E14: L'attacco "piccolo" a vite, tipico di abat-jour e lampadari classici. - GU10: L'attacco a baionetta per i faretti. - G9/G4: Versioni miniaturizzate per lampade di design o piccoli faretti mobili.

Il CRI (Color Rendering Index) misura quanto fedelmente la lampada a LED riproduce i colori naturali degli oggetti (da 0 a 100). Per un uso domestico standard, un CRI > 80 è ottimo. Se invece cerchi lampade per uno studio d'arte, una cabina armadio o sopra il tavolo da pranzo, ti consigliamo lampade con CRI > 90 per vedere i colori esattamente come sotto la luce del sole.

Lo sfarfallio (flickering) può dipendere da due fattori: la qualità del driver interno alla lampadina o l'uso di un dimmer non compatibile.
