How can I use the aluminium profile with pre-assembled plasterboard?
The aluminium profile is used for a correct dissipation of the led strip, thanks to it the led strip will have a longer life.
The steps for the application of the profile with plasterboard are:
1- Install the profile treating it as a normal plasterboard sheet,
2- Shrink the profile using the protective rubber, suitable for working on your surface
3- Glue the LED strip inside the flat profile in the absence of a cover,
4- Make sure it is accurately glued, including the beginning and the end, if it does not adhere perfectly put a drop of glue in the back of the strip,
5- Pull the cable out of the perforated cap
6- Close with the frosted cover
7- Connect your 24 volt led strip to the power supply and your led strip with profile is ready!
Where can I apply the aluminium profile led strip with pre-assembled plasterboard?
Its ideal application is for modern room lighting such as residential or office environments.
The profile is installed with plasterboard and then shaved flush, so you will only see the cut-out of light protected by a satinised cover. A solution for greater design and extraordinary linearity. By choosing the right LED strip you will have an amazing result.

Our flat profile is suitable for supporting a LED strip with a maximum power of 35 watts/metre.
